Questions owners ask

What is AERIOX?
AERIOX, LLC is a company in Jupiter, Florida that sets up and runs an AI front desk for local businesses: an AI receptionist for the phone, an AI chat agent for the website, online booking into Google Calendar, and websites. A real person on the AERIOX team sets each business up. More on the About page.
How do you say AERIOX, and how is it spelled?
Air-ee-oh. It's spelled A-E-R-I-O-X, and the X is silent. The company's legal name is AERIOX, LLC.
Is AERIOX the same company as Aerox?
No. AERIOX, LLC is a Jupiter, Florida company that makes an AI front desk for local businesses. It isn't affiliated with Aerox or with other similarly named companies.
Where is AERIOX based?
Jupiter, Florida. The mailing address is 860 Jupiter Park Dr STE 1A, Jupiter, FL 33458. See AERIOX in Jupiter and Palm Beach County.
Who is the AI receptionist for?
Local businesses whose phone rings while the owner or crew is busy: HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, pressure washing, pest control, pool service, and barbershops and salons. The plans run from a one-person shop to an office that can't let the phone ring out.
What does the AERIOX AI receptionist do?
It answers your business's calls 24/7, greets callers in your business's name, answers questions from your own information, books appointments into your Google Calendar, and takes detailed messages when it can't help. You get an email after every call it answers, and every call is listed in your portal at app.aeriox.co.
Does it tell callers it's an AI?
Yes, whenever they ask. It never claims to be human and never pretends to be you. It opens every call with "This call may be recorded."
Won't my customers hang up on a robot?
Some might. It sounds natural, it tells callers it's an AI whenever they ask, and it never pretends to be you. It gets them what they called for: an answer or a booked time. That beats voicemail, where most callers don't leave a message (CallRail, 2025: 42% do). Anyone who wants you gets a detailed message taken for you to call back.
Does it speak Spanish?
Yes. Every voice speaks English and Spanish, and follows the caller.
Will it quote prices or promise something I can't do?
We set the limits with you, and it stays inside them. It only books the appointment types, lengths, hours and service area you set; nothing else gets booked. It only quotes the prices you give it and never guesses: anything else becomes a note for you.
Does it work with my calendar?
Yes, if you use Google Calendar. It checks your calendar before it offers a time, and every booking lands there. It books, moves and cancels appointments. Starter books into 1 Google Calendar, Solo books into 1 Google Calendar, Crew books into up to 3 calendars and Company books into up to 10 calendars. On Outlook or another calendar, ask us first.
What if I book through Square, Booksy or another booking platform?
It emails callers your booking link, and they book there. AERIOX doesn't write into those platforms.
Does it connect to my CRM or field-service software?
No. It books into Google Calendar, or emails callers your booking link. It doesn't sync with other software. If you need something else, ask us before you order.
What happens when it can't help, or the caller wants me?
It takes a detailed message: name, number, address, the job and how soon they need you. It emails the message to you, marked urgent when the caller says it can't wait.
Can it connect a caller to me live?
No. It doesn't connect callers to you live; it takes a message for a call back. If you'd rather take calls yourself when you're free, forward only the calls you can't pick up.
Does it make outbound calls or text my customers?
No. It answers incoming calls only. It doesn't make outbound calls, and it doesn't text callers. The only texts in any AERIOX package are Launch's review-request texts after a job, sent by your business with your customer's consent.
Can it handle emergencies?
It isn't an emergency service and doesn't dispatch anyone. When a caller says it can't wait, it takes their details and flags it urgent for you, so you can call them back.
How do I find out what happened on a call?
You get an email after every call it answers, with any booking or message in full (a flood of calls gets one email about it). Every call is listed in your portal at app.aeriox.co, with its number, time, length and outcome, from your phone or computer.
What if it gets something wrong?
It stays inside the limits you set, and when it's unsure, it takes a message. It never confirms a time it hasn't re-checked against your calendar and saved. If a booking doesn't save, the caller hears that you'll call back, and you get the details.
Do I keep my phone number and my website?
Yes. Calls reach your agent by call forwarding you control: when you can't pick up, after hours, or all the time. No new phone or app, and one code turns forwarding off. It works with the website you already have, or none at all.
What if two people call at once?
Your agent takes up to 2 calls at a time, and each call can run up to 10 minutes. A caller past that hears a short message asking them to call back, and when their number shows, we usually email it to you. The line's other limits are in our order terms.
How does setup work, and how long does it take?
It starts with a 15-minute call. Then AERIOX builds it with you: your business facts, the questions callers ask, the appointments it can book, and your calendar. That takes 2 to 5 business days. We test it and tell you the day it's live, and it starts answering that day.
I'm not techy. Who sets it up?
We do. A real person on the AERIOX team sets you up, answers your email and tunes your agent. It isn't a ticket queue. Changing your hours or prices later is an email to us.
How do the tune-ups and monthly calls work?
On Crew, a person on our team tunes its answers every 3 months, from your call records and your feedback. On Company, you get a 30-minute call each month with a person on our team, to go over your call records and messages and tune its answers.
Can I hear it before I sign up?
Yes. Talk to the AERIOX voice agent from your browser on our homepage: ask about prices, try booking, switch to Spanish. It's a demo, so it can't book a real appointment.
How much does the AI receptionist cost?
There are 4 monthly plans, setup included: Starter, $99 a month for 300 minutes; Solo, $199 a month for 750 minutes; Crew, $299 a month for 1,200 minutes (most popular); Company, $499 a month for 2,500 minutes. The first month is paid upfront. See plans or what an AI receptionist costs.
What's a call minute, and what if I go over?
Minutes count only while your agent is on a call, by the second. They add up over each monthly period, starting the day it goes live, and unused minutes don't roll over. Past your plan's minutes, calls use prepaid credit at 49¢ a minute, which you add in your portal ($25, $50 or $100 at a time, or by auto-reload, which is off unless you turn it on). If your credit runs out, your agent pauses new calls until you add credit or your next monthly period starts. A call in progress always finishes.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. First month paid upfront, setup included. Then month to month, cancel anytime. Existing customers keep their agreed terms.
How do I change plans or cancel?
To change plans, email billing@aeriox.co or ask in your portal: the new plan starts with your next monthly period, and nothing is prorated. Before it's live, cancel by emailing billing@aeriox.co; once it's live, at aeriox.co/account or by email. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period, with no partial-month refunds.
What does the AI chat agent do, and what does it cost?
It answers questions on your website 24/7, and books into your Google Calendar or gives customers your booking link. On a site you already have, it's $99 a month from the day it goes live, setup included. It's also part of the $750 website package and Launch.
Does AERIOX build websites?
Yes. A website is $500 one time, with hosting free for the first year, then $20 a month. Website + booking + AI chat is $750 upfront plus $99 a month total for hosting, AI chat and automated scheduling. Each site gets search setup for Google and AI answers. You see the draft before you pay, and the one-time price isn't refundable. See websites.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once you've paid, your finished site, your domain and your content are yours. If you ever leave, we send you your site files. Anything that runs on our systems, like the AI agents, stays with us.
What is Launch?
Launch is the done-for-you package, $1,499 one time: the $750 website with booking and AI chat, 3 months of the Solo voice plan free (then $199 a month, or cancel), Google Business Profile setup and cleanup, review-request texts after each job, a full search audit (SEO, AI answer engines and local listings) with a fix-list, a 30-day tune-up, 2 years of free hosting, and live in 7 days.
What happens to callers' information?
Every call opens with "This call may be recorded." AERIOX doesn't keep recordings of calls. What a caller gives for a message or booking goes to you, and each call is listed in your portal with its number, time, length and outcome. What's kept, and for how long, is in our privacy policy.
