Website & Front Desk Order Terms
What changed in this version (October 14, 2026)
- Launch’s review-request texts: the consent your customers give and what each text says (section 1). Everything else is as in version 2026-10-13-2 of October 13, 2026:
- New website prices: the Website is $500 one time and Website + booking + AI chat is $750 one time. Hosting is still free for the first year, then $20 a month (section 1).
- Four voice plans: Starter $99 a month with 300 minutes, Solo $199 with 750, Crew $299 with 1,200 and Company $499 with 2,500 (section 1 and section 6).
- Launch is now $1,499 one time for the $750 Website + booking + AI chat package, 3 months of the Solo voice plan free, Google Business Profile setup and cleanup, review-request texts, a full search audit, a 30-day tune-up, 2 years of free hosting and priority setup (section 1).
- We no longer take new orders for All-In, or the AI Voice Agent as a $150-a-month add-on. The voice agent is one of the voice plans or part of Launch (section 1).
- Past your included minutes, calls still use prepaid credit at 49¢ a minute, by the second (section 6).
Your order follows the version you accepted at checkout, except as section 1 says for an order placed under an earlier version. Ask us for a copy any time.
“You” means the business buying from us. “We” means AERIOX, LLC.

1. What these terms are
These terms cover two website packages and hosting, and four AI Voice Agent plans (the “voice plans”):
- Website: $500, one time. Your website, launched on your domain. Hosting is free for the first year, then $20 a month. Cancel any time.
- Website + booking + AI chat: $750, one time. The same website and hosting, plus online booking and our AI chat agent. Booking goes straight into your Google Calendar. If you book through Square or another booking platform, your customers get your booking link and book there (section 2). The chat agent answers questions on your site 24/7, and books into your Google Calendar or gives customers your booking link. It has no monthly fee while your hosting is active (section 6).
- Launch: $1,499, one time. Website + booking + AI chat, plus: the AI Voice Agent on the Solo plan (750 minutes a month) with its first 3 months included, starting the day it goes live; after them Solo is $199 a month unless you cancel before the 3 months end, and nothing more is charged if you cancel. Google Business Profile setup and cleanup, and a review-request text to your customer after each job you mark done. A search audit of your site and listings for Google search, AI answer engines (such as ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews) and local listings, with a written fix-list; we make the fixes on your site and listings during a 30-day tune-up after go-live, in which we also adjust your chat agent, voice script and booking based on your real calls. Hosting is free for the first 2 years, then $20 a month. Priority setup: we aim to have your site and agents live within 7 days after we have your business information and access; if something on our side holds it up, we email you. Launch is ordered after a call with us, not at checkout. Review-request texts: see “Review-request texts” below.
- Review-request texts (in Launch). We send them for you, in your business’s name, through AERIOX, only to customers who gave you their express written consent to get them, and only after a job you mark done. Before you add a customer, you get that consent in writing (a signed or ticked form, on paper or online), with wording that says, or says in substance: “By giving my mobile number, I agree to get review-request text messages from [your business name], sent through AERIOX, at that number, including by automated means. Consent isn’t a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies (usually one text after each job). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Privacy: aeriox.co/legal/privacy.” You keep a record of each consent (when, how and the wording agreed to) and give it to us if we ask. Each text names your business and says how to opt out. A customer who replies STOP gets no more texts from us for your business, and HELP gets a reply with how to reach you and us. We may refuse to text, or stop texting, any number we believe lacks consent. Our Privacy Policy covers how we handle those numbers.
- AI Voice Agent plans: Starter, $99 a month with 300 minutes of calls a month; Solo, $199 a month with 750 minutes; Crew, $299 a month with 1,200 minutes; Company, $499 a month with 2,500 minutes. An AI voice agent that answers the calls you forward to it, 24/7, within its phone line’s limits. $0 at checkout: you save a card, and your 30 free days start the day we email you that your agent is live. Setup is never billed. Cancel within the free days and you never pay. Past a plan’s minutes, calls use prepaid credit at 49¢ a minute (section 6).
We set up what you order with you after you order: your site’s launch, online booking, the chat agent and the voice agent.
The one-time price is non-refundable, and you see the draft of your site before you pay (section 8). Hosting and the voice agent are separate monthly plans: cancelling one doesn’t cancel the other. If you buy a voice plan, the parts of these terms about the website, hosting and the one-time price don’t apply to you.
Orders under an earlier version. We no longer take new orders for All-In, for the AI Voice Agent as an add-on to a website package, or for the AI Voice Agent on its own at $150 a month. This version applies to orders placed under it. If you ordered under an earlier version of these terms, that version still applies to your order, including its prices, its included minutes and its free days or included months. Ask us for a copy any time.
Our Terms of Service (aeriox.co/legal/terms), as they stand when you check out, also apply. These terms are the “Order” that Terms §2A refers to. If the two conflict, these terms control for these services.
Checking out means you accept these terms and the Terms of Service, and whoever checks out confirms they may accept for the business. Saving a card for a voice plan counts as checking out. We keep a record of your acceptance: the terms version, the time, and which boxes you checked.
2. The website
The price includes:
- The site as shown on the private draft you reviewed, with the look you picked there.
- Launching it on your domain and connecting the domain. You give us access at your domain provider, or make the changes we send.
- Fixing the facts the draft flags as unconfirmed, once you confirm them. We publish what you confirm, so check it.
- One round of changes before launch (section 5).
Online booking (in the Website + booking + AI chat package). We set up online booking on your site with you after you order. Bookings go straight into your Google Calendar: you share the calendar with our booking account, and you can stop sharing it any time. If you book through Square or another booking platform, your site sends your customers to your booking page, and they book there. We don’t write into your booking platform, and your account with it stays yours, under its own terms. Outlook or another calendar: ask us first.
It doesn’t include:
- New pages or features that aren’t in the draft, apart from booking and the chat agent in the Website + booking + AI chat package (section 5).
- Edits after launch (section 5).
- Paid ads.
- Search (SEO) guarantees: no promised rankings, traffic or calls.
- Text messaging.
3. Who owns what
Your materials. Your content, photos, logo, business information and domain stay yours, and so does the data from your calls (Customer Data under Terms §2A) and your chats. You let us use them to build and run your site and your agents, and confirm you have the right to.
The finished site. Once you’ve paid the one-time price in full, you own the finished site we built for you. We keep our AI agents and our general tools, templates and code libraries, and give you a perpetual, royalty-free license to use those tools as part of your site, including if you move it. Third-party pieces, like fonts and open-source code, stay under their own licenses.
Copies. You can ask for a copy of your site files any time while we host it, and for at least 60 days after hosting ends.
4. Hosting
Price. Hosting is free for the first year: 365 days from the day you check out. After that it’s $20 a month, charged to your payment method on file until you cancel. We email you at least 7 days before the first $20 charge. In the Website + booking + AI chat package, your chat agent has no monthly fee for as long as hosting is active (section 6).
What it covers. Keeping your site online at your domain over a secure (https) connection, and fixing problems on our side that stop it working.
What it doesn’t cover. Edits or new content (section 5), monthly reports, your domain’s registration and renewal fees, and outside services such as Square. We don’t promise the site will never go down (Terms §12).
If a payment fails. We email you. For a card, we try the payment again over the next 14 days. For a bank account, we may try again up to twice if there wasn’t enough money in it. For any other way to pay, we may not try again. Your site stays on meanwhile, and so does your chat agent, if you have one. Your hosting plan stays in place even if those tries fail. To pay what’s owed or change your payment method, use the link in our email, go to aeriox.co/account, or reply to the email. If a charge is still unpaid 30 days after it was due, your chat agent, if you have one, pauses that day, and we may take your site offline. Pay what’s owed, and we turn them back on once the payment clears. If we take the site offline, we keep your files for at least 60 days after that and send you a copy if you ask.
Cancelling and moving. Cancel any time, from your account at aeriox.co/account, from Billing in your portal at app.aeriox.co, or by emailing billing@aeriox.co. Your site stays online to the end of the period you’ve paid for, or to the end of the free year if you cancel during it. After that we don’t charge you again, and we don’t refund part of a month. The chat agent ends when hosting does. To move, ask for your files and point your domain at your new host. Anything that runs on our systems, like the AI agents, stays behind.
5. Changes
Before launch. One round of changes is included: one list of changes to the draft, within the pages and features already in it. Confirming the unconfirmed facts doesn’t count as your round.
After launch. Site changes are quoted, and we agree the price before we start.
Your agents’ information. Updating your agents when your hours, services, prices or policies change is included: in a voice plan’s monthly fee, and for the chat agent while hosting is active. Tell us when they change; Terms §2A makes their accuracy your responsibility.
6. AI agents
We offer two AI agents. The chat agent answers questions on your website; it comes with the Website + booking + AI chat package. The voice agent answers your phone, as a voice plan. Both answer from the business information you give us, both handle booking (see “Booking by your agents” below), and both have the limits below.
The chat agent (in the Website + booking + AI chat package)
What it does. It answers questions on your site 24/7. It books into your Google Calendar, or, if you book through Square or another booking platform, gives customers your booking link (see “Booking by your agents”).
Setup. We set it up with you after you order, from your business information, and email you when it’s on your site.
Price. It has no monthly fee while your hosting is active. If hosting ends, the chat agent ends with it.
The voice agent (a voice plan)
What it does. Your AI Voice Agent is an AI receptionist on your phone line. It answers the calls you forward to it, 24/7, in English and Spanish, within the line limits below, while it has included minutes or prepaid credit to use (see “Minutes and prepaid credit” below). It answers callers’ questions from the business information you give us and takes messages. It books appointments straight into your Google Calendar; if you book through Square or another booking platform, it emails the caller your booking link instead. We email you each message it takes, marked urgent when the caller says it can’t wait. You also get a login to your portal at app.aeriox.co. It doesn’t send text messages.
Setup. We set it up with you after you order. We build your agent from your business information, connect it to your Google Calendar or give it your booking link, help you forward your calls to it, and test it before it goes live. Setup takes 2 to 5 business days after you order. If you pay from a bank account, the days count from when your payment clears. If we’re waiting on something from you, such as your business information or your calendar, it can take longer. If something on our side holds it up, we email you to say why and when we expect your agent to go live. You’re never billed for setup time, and your free days, or Launch’s included months, don’t start until go-live.
Go-live. Your agent goes live the day we email you that it’s live. Your free days start that day.
Price: the voice plans. Starter is $99 a month, with 300 minutes of calls a month. Solo is $199 a month, with 750 minutes. Crew is $299 a month, with 1,200 minutes. Company is $499 a month, with 2,500 minutes. Nothing is charged at checkout. Your 30 free days start the day your agent goes live; a voice plan has no extra free month. Your plan’s price is charged to the card you saved when your free days end, then every month on that date. We email you at least 7 days before your free days end. How your plan’s minutes count, and what happens past them: “Minutes and prepaid credit” below.
What each plan includes. Every plan includes the voice agent as described above. Starter and Solo each book into 1 Google Calendar. Crew books into up to 3 Google Calendars and includes a tune-up of your agent’s answers every 3 months. Company books into up to 10 Google Calendars and includes a 30-minute call with us each month, to go over your call records and messages and adjust your agent’s answers. We connect your calendars at setup. A person on our team does each tune-up and call.
Changing plans. You can move to another voice plan by emailing billing@aeriox.co, or by asking in your portal at app.aeriox.co. The move takes effect at the start of your next monthly period (see “How minutes count” below): until then you keep your current plan, its minutes and its price, and from then on we charge the new plan’s price. Nothing is prorated.
If it’s not for you. Cancel a voice plan within its free days and you never pay its monthly fee. If you tell us before go-live that you don’t want the voice agent, we don’t switch it on and never charge its monthly fee. If you bought a voice plan, we also remove the card you saved.
Cancelling. After your free days, the voice agent is month to month. Cancel any time, from your account at aeriox.co/account, from Billing in your portal at app.aeriox.co, or by emailing billing@aeriox.co. Before your agent is live, cancel by email. Your agent keeps answering to the end of the month you’ve paid for; we don’t charge again, and we don’t refund part of a month. Turn off call forwarding by then, or calls forwarded after that won’t be answered. Cancelling the voice agent doesn’t cancel hosting, and cancelling hosting doesn’t cancel the voice agent. Prepaid credit you haven’t used isn’t refunded when you cancel (section 8). Your call data then follows Terms §2A, including the export you can ask for.
If you want it back. The free days are for your agent’s first go-live only. If your voice agent’s plan has ended (you cancelled it, or we ended it after unpaid charges) and you want it back, you authorize the charges again on a link we send you. We charge your voice plan’s current monthly price the day we email you that your agent is live again, then every month on that date. A voice plan comes back this way too, with no new free days. Setting it up again is never billed. If your plan is only unpaid and hasn’t ended, paying what’s owed brings it back (section 7).
Calls. Every call follows Terms §2A. It opens with “This call may be recorded.” We don’t record calls or keep transcripts of them, but our voice AI provider may keep a call’s conversation for up to 30 days to check for abuse, and doesn’t train on it. Your agent tells callers it’s an AI whenever they ask, and never claims to be human.
Line limits. Your agent’s phone line has limits, so that one caller, or a flood of calls, can’t use up the service. Today they are:
- Up to 240 minutes of calls a day (Eastern time). One caller’s number can use up to 60 of them. Each call counts in whole minutes, rounded up, and a call that gets only our short call-back message counts as a few seconds, so the time your agent spends talking can be less.
- Up to 2 calls at a time. A call that comes in while your agent is already on 2 calls isn’t answered. Calls also can’t be answered when all of our phone lines are busy at once.
- Up to 10 minutes a call. Near the end, your agent wraps the call up.
- A flood of calls gets a busy signal until the calls slow down: for example, 30 calls in 10 minutes from numbers the phone network couldn’t verify, or 5 calls in 10 minutes from one number.
When a limit stops a call, the caller hears a busy signal, or a short message asking them to call back. When your line is busy or out of minutes for the day and the caller’s number shows, we usually email it to you so you can call them back. When calls from many numbers flood your line, we email you once about the flood instead. We may change these limits to keep the service running. We email you before we lower any of them. These line limits apply on every voice plan, alongside the included minutes and prepaid credit below.
Minutes and prepaid credit
How minutes count. Only the time your agent is on a call counts toward your included minutes, counted by the second (the daily limit above counts differently). We add up your minutes for each monthly period, starting the day your agent goes live. Your free days are your first period (60 free days count as two periods of 30 days). After that, each period runs from one monthly charge to the next. Unused minutes don’t carry over.
The voice plans. Your plan includes its minutes each month: 300 on Starter, 750 on Solo, 1,200 on Crew and 2,500 on Company.
Past your included minutes. Each period’s included minutes are always used first. Past that, calls use prepaid credit at 49¢ a minute, by the second. If your credit runs out, your agent pauses new calls until you add credit or your next monthly period starts. A call in progress always finishes.
How credit is used. In each monthly period, the credit your calls use adds up to 49¢ times the seconds of calls past that period’s included minutes, divided by 60 and rounded down to the cent. Calls use credit in the order they end, each one the difference it makes to that total. A call uses only credit paid for before it ended that hasn’t expired, the oldest first. If a call in progress goes past the credit you have, the part your credit can’t pay for isn’t charged.
Adding credit. Add credit in your portal: $25, $50 or $100. Credit lasts 12 months, is used oldest first, and isn’t refundable. Its 12 months start when it’s paid for. Your portal’s owner or bookkeeper adds it: once they confirm, we charge your saved card, or, when that card can’t be charged that way, they pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page (section 7).
Auto-reload. Auto-reload is your choice and off unless you turn it on: when your credit drops below an amount you choose, it adds $25, $50 or $100, up to a monthly limit you set. Unless you change them, it adds $50 when your credit drops below $10, up to $150 a month. You can set the amount it reloads below, from $5 to $100, and a monthly limit from $25 to $1,000 that’s at least what it adds. It adds credit only once that period’s included minutes are used, and its monthly limit counts for each monthly period. If you tick “Keep my agent answering” when you order, you pay at checkout by card, and it starts on, at those amounts. You can change it or turn it off in your portal any time. If a reload is declined or fails, nothing is added, auto-reload stops until you add credit or save its settings again, and your agent pauses when your credit runs out, as above.
When your agent pauses. Your agent pauses new calls once your period’s included minutes are used and your credit has run out: less than 49¢, one minute’s worth, is left, and auto-reload can’t add more (for example, it’s off or has reached its monthly limit). While it’s paused, callers hear a short message asking them to call back, and when the caller’s number shows, we usually email it to you. It answers again as soon as credit is added, or when your next monthly period starts. A pause doesn’t change your monthly fee.
Emails about your minutes and credit. We email you when 80% of your included minutes are used and when they all are, when your credit runs low while auto-reload is off, for each auto-reload, if a reload is declined, and if auto-reload reaches its monthly limit.
The chat agent. The chat agent’s place in the Website + booking + AI chat package is set for the chats a typical small business gets. It has limits, such as how many conversations it takes in a day and in a month, and how long one conversation can run. Past a limit, it takes your visitors’ messages for you instead of answering their questions, until the limit resets. Nothing more is charged for it.
Automated use. We may limit or block chats and calls that look automated, and those don’t count toward your use, your minutes or your credit.
Booking by your agents
If you use Google Calendar, your agents book straight into it, through our booking account, which you share your calendar with. The chat agent books through your site’s online booking, which is part of the Website + booking + AI chat package. The voice agent books by phone, on every voice plan: into as many Google Calendars as the plan includes (see “What each plan includes”). When a customer can’t be booked, your agent takes their details for you. Outlook or another calendar: ask us first.
Booking through Square or another booking platform. If you book through Square or another booking platform, your agent sends the customer your booking link for the service they want: by email when they call, or in the chat. The customer picks the time and books on your booking page. Nothing is booked, and no time is held, until they do. We don’t write bookings or customer records into Square or any other booking platform, and we never change your settings there.
7. Payments
How you pay. You pay through Stripe, by card (including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link), US bank account, or another payment method shown at checkout. To pay from a bank account, you sign in to your bank on Stripe’s page, so Stripe can check the account straight away. A bank payment can take up to 4 business days to clear. By paying from a bank account, you authorize us, through Stripe, to debit it for the payments these terms describe, until you cancel.
At checkout. You pay the one-time price, $500, $750 or, for Launch, $1,499. We start work on your order when your payment clears: at once for a card, or up to 4 business days later for a bank payment. If a bank payment at checkout fails, your order doesn’t go ahead, and we cancel the hosting plan it started. Your hosting plan itself starts the day you check out, with its first year free, even if a bank payment takes a few days to clear, and we keep the payment method you paid with on file for it. Otherwise, billing follows Terms §3.
A voice plan. A voice plan is paid by card only. Nothing is charged at checkout. You save a card through Stripe, and you authorize us to charge it your plan’s monthly price ($99, $199, $299 or $499) from the day your free days end, and the new plan’s price after any change you ask for, until you cancel.
Prepaid credit and auto-reload. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your saved card for credit you buy in your portal, each time once you confirm, and, if you turn auto-reload on, for each reload within the monthly limit you set, until you turn it off or your voice agent’s plan ends. Your saved card is the card your voice agent’s monthly fee is charged to, or your account’s default card. Credit is paid for by card only: without a card we can charge this way, you pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page when you add credit, and auto-reload can’t add any. Credit purchases are non-refundable (section 8). If a credit purchase is refunded, or you dispute it with your bank or card issuer, the unused credit from that purchase is voided.
Currency and taxes. Prices are in US dollars and don’t include tax. Where tax applies, we add it.
Price changes. These follow Terms §10: before a change to what you pay takes effect, we email you the new price and the date it starts, and you can cancel before then. A change never affects a period you’ve already paid for, or a one-time price you’ve already paid.
Failed payments. Hosting: section 4. The voice agent works the same way. We email you. For a card, we try the payment again over the next 14 days. For a bank account, we may try again up to twice if there wasn’t enough money in it. For any other way to pay, we may not try again. Your agent keeps answering meanwhile, and your plan stays in place even if those tries fail. To pay what’s owed, use the link in our email, go to aeriox.co/account, or reply to the email. If a charge is still unpaid 30 days after it was due, we may stop your agent answering, after emailing you first. If that happens, turn off call forwarding so calls aren’t lost. Pay what’s owed and we switch it back on, with no new free days. A bank payment can fail days after it was made; if it does, it counts as a failed payment, from the day it was due.
Ending an unpaid voice agent plan. If a voice agent charge is still unpaid 30 days after it was due, we may also end your voice agent’s plan, after emailing you first. To get your agent back after that, see “If you want it back” in section 6. This doesn’t apply to hosting: your hosting plan stays in place, and section 4 says what happens to your site.
8. Refunds
The one-time price. The $500, $750 or $1,499 one-time price is non-refundable. You see the draft of your site before you pay.
Free days. A voice plan’s free days cost nothing, so there’s nothing to refund. Cancel within them and you never pay the monthly fee.
Monthly fees. Hosting and the voice agent aren’t refunded once charged, except where the law requires (Terms §9). When you cancel, service continues to the end of the period you’ve paid for, and we don’t refund part of a month.
Prepaid credit. Credit you buy in your portal, or that auto-reload adds, is non-refundable, including credit left when you cancel or when it expires, except where the law requires. The AERIOX Studio credit refunds in Terms §9 don’t apply to it.
9. Everything else
Anything these terms don’t cover follows the Terms of Service, including our limits on liability (§12), indemnity (§13), disputes and arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida (§14), and Florida law (§15).
