Voice Plan Billing Terms
First month paid upfront
Starter: $99/month with 300 minutes. Solo: $199/month with 750 minutes. Crew: $299/month with 1,200 minutes. Company: $499/month with 2,500 minutes.
Your first monthly payment is due before activation. Setup is included, with no separate voice setup fee. We confirm your plan, activation arrangements and monthly renewal date before you pay. Plans renew monthly until cancelled.
New orders start with a setup call. We arrange the first-month payment with you; the previous card-saving trial checkout is no longer available for new orders.
Usage and cancellation
Your plan includes the minutes and calendar allowance shown on the pricing page. Calls beyond included minutes use prepaid credit at 49¢ a minute. Auto-reload remains optional. The existing operational limits and prepaid-credit rules in the order terms still apply.
Cancel by emailing billing@aeriox.co, or through your account or client portal where available. Service continues to the end of the paid period, with no partial-month refunds. Confirm any pre-activation cancellation arrangements in your order before payment.
Existing orders and packages
Existing customers and orders already accepted retain their agreed terms. We do not remove an already agreed trial or change existing subscriptions. Launch's separately included voice period remains unchanged.
The Website & Front Desk Order Terms and Terms of Service apply where relevant. For new standalone voice plan orders, the upfront-payment and no-trial terms on this page replace conflicting trial wording.
