AI Chat Pricing & Service Terms
Setup and monthly service
Existing website: $99/month, setup included. Setup covers one website, approved FAQs and up to 20 source pages, widget styling, installation, testing and one revision. The chatbot answers from your approved business information, captures leads and guides visitors to your existing booking link. Custom calendar booking, CRM integrations and voice are quoted separately.
Website + booking + AI chat: $750 one time, AI chat included. The one-time package includes website creation, online booking and the AI chat agent, set up with you. The chat agent has no monthly fee while your AERIOX hosting is active; if hosting ends, the chat agent ends with it. Hosting is free for the first year, then $20/month, as the Website & Front Desk Order Terms set out. Voice is billed separately. The $500 website-only package also includes its first year of hosting, then $20/month.
Monthly service (AI chat on an existing website): AI usage within your agreed allowance, maintenance, a monthly conversation review and up to 30 minutes of content updates each month. Unused update time does not roll over. Larger changes require a separate quote.
Activation, usage and cancellation
We agree your scope, monthly usage allowance and what happens at the allowance before activation. This is not unlimited usage. There are no automatic overage charges; additional paid usage requires your approval.
The $99 monthly service is for AI chat on an existing website. It starts when your chatbot goes live, then renews monthly until cancelled, and its billing is arranged with you after a call. AI chat and voice are separate services. The Website + booking + AI chat package never enrolls you in this monthly service.
Cancel by emailing billing@aeriox.co. Monthly service continues to the end of the paid period, with no partial-month refunds. Cancelling AI chat on an existing website does not cancel your website hosting. In the $750 website package, the chat agent comes with your hosting: it has no monthly fee, and it ends if hosting ends. Voice is a separate subscription.
Existing agreements and Launch
Existing customers retain their agreed prices and included services. We do not add this fee to existing subscriptions. Launch continues to include ongoing AI chat while AERIOX hosting is active, with no monthly chat fee. Its voice plan and hosting charges remain as agreed.
The Website & Front Desk Order Terms and Terms of Service apply where relevant. For AI chat on an existing website, the pricing and service details on this page replace any conflicting wording. The chat agent in the Website + booking + AI chat package and in Launch is covered by the order terms. Any customer-specific scope and usage allowance are confirmed in your order before payment.
