Won't my customers hang up on a robot?
Some might. It sounds natural, it tells callers it's an AI whenever they ask, and it never pretends to be you. It gets them what they called for: an answer or a booked time. That beats voicemail, where most callers don't leave a message (CallRail, 2025: 42% do). Anyone who wants you gets a detailed message taken for you to call back, emailed to you and marked urgent when it can't wait.
Can it promise something I can't do?
We set the limits with you, and it stays inside them. It only books the appointment types, lengths, hours and service area you set; nothing else gets booked. It only quotes the prices you give it and never guesses: anything else becomes a note for you. And it never confirms a time it hasn't re-checked against your calendar and saved: the booking is on your Google Calendar seconds later, and if it doesn't save, the caller hears that you'll call back, and you get the details.
What if it gets something wrong?
It stays inside the limits you set, and when it's unsure, it takes a message. You get an email after every call it answers, with any booking or message in full (a flood of calls gets one email about it), and every call is listed in your portal. There you see each call's number, time, length and outcome, at app.aeriox.co from your phone or computer.
Do I keep my number and my website?
Yes. You forward calls to your agent when you can't pick up, after hours, or all the time. It works with the website you already have, or none at all.
I'm not techy. Who sets it up?
We do. One short call, then we build it with you, test it, and tell you the day it's live. Changing your hours or prices later is an email to us.
Does it work with my calendar?
Yes, if you use Google Calendar. It checks your calendar before it offers a time, and every booking lands there. It books, moves and cancels appointments. Starter books into 1 Google Calendar, Solo into 1 Google Calendar, Crew into up to 3 (by crew, estimator or barber) and Company into up to 10. On Square, Booksy or another booking platform, it emails callers your booking link instead. Outlook or another calendar: ask us first.
Does it speak Spanish?
Yes. Every voice speaks English and Spanish, and follows the caller.
What's a call minute, and what if I go over?
Minutes count only while your agent is on a call, by the second. They add up over each monthly period, starting the day it goes live, and unused minutes don't roll over. Your included minutes are always used first. Past that, calls use prepaid credit at 49¢ a minute, by the second. If your credit runs out, your agent pauses new calls until you add credit or your next monthly period starts. A call in progress always finishes. Add credit in your portal: $25, $50 or $100. Credit lasts 12 months, is used oldest first, and isn't refundable. Auto-reload is your choice and off unless you turn it on: when your credit drops below an amount you choose, it adds $25, $50 or $100, up to a monthly limit you set.
What if two people call at once?
Your agent takes up to 2 calls at a time. A caller past that hears a short message asking them to call back, and when their number shows, we usually email it to you. The line's other limits are in our order terms.
How do the tune-ups and monthly calls work?
On Crew, a person on our team tunes its answers every 3 months, from your call records and your feedback. On Company, you get a 30-minute call each month with a person on our team, to go over your call records and messages and tune its answers.
Is there a contract?
No. $0 today, 30 days free from the day your line is live, then month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
How do I change plans or cancel?
To change plans, email billing@aeriox.co or ask in your portal: the new plan starts with your next monthly period, and nothing is prorated. Before it's live, cancel by emailing billing@aeriox.co; once it's live, at aeriox.co/account or by email. Cancel within the 30 free days and you never pay. Cancel after that and it runs to the end of the paid period, with no partial-month refunds.
Do I need a website from you?
No. A voice plan works with the number and website you already have. If you want a new site too, it's $500 one time, or $750 with online booking and an AI chat agent. Hosting is free for the first year, then $20 a month. Add any voice plan whenever you're ready. Want it all done for you? Launch is $1,499 one time: the $750 site, 3 months of Solo free, Google Business Profile and review texts, a full search audit, a 30-day tune-up, 2 years of hosting and setup in 7 days.
